THE LOUDSPEAKER (1934) For all you old-time radio fans, here's
another rare film. Stars Ray Walker and Jacqueline Wells. A loudmouth radio emcee falls in love with a sexy waitress

Captain Kangaroo episodes on DVD, but we can offer you this! The 1961 performance of Captain Kangaroo live at the Hollywood Bowl, on stage, performing for kids! This 50 minute rare telecast will bring back memories, even if the
moose isn't there to drop ping-pong balls on the Captain's head.
CALVIN AND THE COLONEL This
animated series lasted a mere 20+some episodes from 1961 to 1962. It featured the exploits of two backwoods animals
from the south who had taken up residence in a large northern city. Created and voiced by the same two men who
created the radio series AMOS 'n' ANDY. They felt that by using animals as their principal characters, they
could avoid the touchy racial situation which the Amos n' Andy television program became branded for during
the late fifties. They were wrong. The episodes (which happen to be very funny, by the way) were removed from the air
and never broadcast since. This DVD features four classic episodes: "Thanksgiving Dinner," "Sister Sue's Sweetheart," "Sycamore Lodge" and "Wheeling and Dealing."
CAPTAIN VIDEO: THE
TELEVISION SERIES "Fighting for law and order, Captain Video operates from a mountain retreat, with secret
agents at all points of the globe! Possessing scientific secrets and secret weapons, Captain Video asks no quarter,
and gives none to the forces of evil." Shortly after its debut, Captain Video was rated behind only Howdy
Doody among daily programs, consistently besting better-known shows such as Kukla Fran and Ollie. The program had a
low budget - $25.00 per episode - so the control knobs were painted on the walls and stock footage from westerns
(yes, westerns!) was featured to fill in a few minutes of each episode. Broadcast "live" on sound stages,
these television episodes are EXTREMELY difficult to find and features four classic episodes starring Richard
Coogan and Al Hodge!
COLONEL BLEEP Colonel Bleep, an interplanetary intelligence agent from the planet Futura,
is sent to investigate Earth after an atomic explosion. Aiding him in his quest for knowledge are Squeak, a lively
puppet with a mind of his own, and Scratch, a dim-witted caveman. As they travel the galaxy, the three comrades
encounter vicious monsters and do battle with wicked villains such as Dr. Destructo and The Black Knight. Though very
hard to find on VHS or DVD, we're offering 23 classic cartoons shorts from 1957, 2 full hours, on one DVD!
And this is volume one so expect a second volume in the near future!
DANGER This 1950-1955 television
anthology was broadcast "live" over the networks, and was teamed up with two other horror anthologies, SUSPENSE
and THE WEB, to be nicknamed by the broadcasting studios as the "Three Weird Sisters." Much fame was
featured on these horror dramas, John Cassavetes, Yul Brenner, James Dean, Grace Kelly and Charlton Heston to name a
few. This DVD features the following three episodes just as they were aired on "live" television on
soundstages! "Lady on the Rock" (December 18, 1951) "Death Among the Relics" (June 17, 1952) "The System" (June 10, 1952)
DICK TRACY Ralph Byrd didn't just play the role of the comic
strip detective in two movies and four serials, he also played the lead in a short run television syndiation.
They are not easy to find, and the budget for the series was obviously low (little if no makeup was applied to the criminals),
but they are still fun to watch!
DICK TRACY (Volume One) Includes the following episodes: "Dick
Tracy vs. The Mole" All four half-hour episodes of this four-part drama.
DICK TRACY (Volume Two) Includes
the following four episodes: "The Fake Swami" "Flat Top" "Foreign Agents (Parts One
and Two)
DUFFY'S TAVERN: THE TELEVISION SERIES In the fall of 1954, Duffy's Tavern, the long running
radio show, was beginning to show its face on television. Even though only 26 episodes were filmed and broadcast,
the creator and star of the series, Ed Gardner, reprised his role of Archie the barkeep in this fly-infested dive that
was supposed to attract the upper class - but attracted trouble in comedic situations. Broadcast from May 4, 1954
to October 26, 1954, this DVD offers four television episodes, uncut and unedited. This DVD features: "Grand Opening" (premiere episode), "Marriage Plans", "The Counterfeiters" and "Political Campaign."
FIBBER McGEE AND MOLLY Based on the popular radio show of the same name, this short-lived television series
was pretty faithful to its mother with Bob Sweeney as Fibber, and Cathy Lewis as Molly. Even Hal Peary plays Mayor LaTrivia.
Broadcast from 1959-1960, this classic TV series is very hard to find but we offer four classic episodes on each
of these DVDs!

Lease Renewal," "Fred Nitney Visits," and "The Courtship."

Wood "The Golden Key" with Joe E. Brown "The Honest Man" with Jack Benny, Zsa Zsa Gabor and

THE
GREAT GILDERSLEEVE Several radio comedies made a success for the television medium during the 1950s. One of them
was "The Great Gildersleeve," originally played by Harold Peary on radio, later replaced by Willard Waterman.
From 1955 to 1956, a total of 39 episodes were filmed and broadcast based on the same radio comedy, with Willard
Waterman reprising his role as the water commissioner.
THE GREAT GILDERSLEEVE (Volume One) Includes the following
four episodes: "Leroy's Girlfriend," "The Whistling Bandit," "Secretary Trouble," and
"The Rival."
THE GREAT GILDERSLEEVE (Volume Two) Includes four more TV episodes: "Marjorie's
Beau," "Who's the Water Comissioner?" "Mrs. Gildersleeve" and "The Jolly Boys."
GROUCHO MARX RARE TV PILOTS In a January 1961 interview, Groucho was asked why he was shooting a pilot for
a new show, with the classic YOU BET YOUR LIFE now off the air. Groucho answered, "I thought about not working,
but the show gives me the only fun I have." With the series off the air and being rerun across America, Groucho
Marx participated in three television shows that were actually pilots for proposed game shows that never made
it to the air. "What Do You Want?" was filmed in January 1961. "Tell It To Groucho" was filmed in
mid-1961. But the most unique television pilot is "The Plot Thickens" from 1963, with Groucho as a guest
panelist - directed by William Castle and a script written by Robert Bloch!

THE LEFT FIST OF DAVID This TV pilot was filmed
in 1958 for a proposed show entitled COLLECTOR'S ITEM starring Vincent Price and Peter Lorre. It was never broadcast
and except for this lone episode, nothing became of the series. Thrown in for good measure are two other classic
1950s TV shows, THE STAR AND THE STORY (also known as THE DOUGLAS FAIRBANKS JR SHOW) with Peter Lorre from 1955 entitled "The Blue Landscaper", and HOLLYWOOD HALF HOUR from July 17, 1953 with Vincent Price entitled "Dream
Job."
THE LEGEND OF HERCULES This DVD features the 1965 unaired TV pilot "Hercules and the Princess
of Troy," which was filmed abroad just like most of the other Hercules films of the 1960s. Gordon Scott plays
the legendary son of Zeus with Diana Hyland guest starring as the princess. Watch as Hercules battles monsters in creatures. If you thought you saw all of the big screen Hercules and Samson movies, you haven't seen this TV pilot.
Thrown in for additional entertainment are more than 2 dozen "movie previews" to 1950s and 1960s films
of Hercules, Steve Reeves, Gordon Scott, Samson, and the many imitators that followed in the "sword and sandal"
footsteps.
MY LIVING DOLL Broadcast from 1964 to 1965, this comedy introduced the ultimate in fantasy - a sexy, curvaceous, female robot programmed to do anything she is told - absolutely anything. Julie Newmar played
the female lead to perfection, and this was a couple years before she became familiar as Catwoman on BATMAN. Bob
Cummings played the role of her owner, taking on the task of training her to be the perfect woman. To complicate things,
Bob's neighbor, Peter, fell in love with the female and had to be fended off lest he discover her secret.
Regrettably, after this series aired, all copies of the films were destroyed by the producers and over the last few
decades, only two episodes have been known to exist. Just recently, four new episodes turned up, discovered in
a vault somewhere, so now you can watch the only six episodes known to exist!

MARILYN MONROE SALUTE She was the blonde that took America and the world by storm, and has since become an icon. This DVD features a variety
of rare films featuring Marilyn Monroe. "Biography" (1961-1964) Hosted by Mike Wallace, a rare 1960s
TV show. "Person to Person" (1953-1954) Hosted by Edward R. Murrow. "Movie Trailers and Home Movies"

MEET McGRAW Although McGraw
(that was the only name he used) was not officially a private detective, for all intents and purposes he might as well
have been. Tough and willing to get into a fight, but never carrying a gun, he accepted all sorts of dangerous
jobs for the pay. The dialogue was sharp and witty, much like the film noir movies of the 1940s. This series, also known
as THE ADVENTURES OF McGRAW, was broadcast on television from July 2, 1957 to October 8, 1959. This DVD features
four classic episodes, starring Frank Lovejoy as McGraw, and with supporting actors Barry Atwater and Angie Dickinson.
All four episodes are uncut and unedited. "The Long Aloha" (March 18, 1958), "Tycoon" (July 9, 1957),
"A Time for Dying" (January 24, 1958) and "The Ballerina" (August 20, 1957).
MISTER ED:
THE UNAIRED EPISODES This DVD features "The Wonderful World of Wilbur Pope," the unaired TV pilot that
eventually became what we associate with MISTER ED. A different cast is featured but Allan "Rocky" Lane still
supplies the voice of the horse. "Wilbur Gets the Message" was the only episode of the TV series with the regular cast that was never aired over network television - it's an episode in which Wilbur convinces people
to buy bonds!
THE MUNSTERS: UNAIRED PILOTS Here's a DVD worth viewing. The original surviving color footage
of the original unaired TV pilot, followed by the black and white unaired TV pilot with a slightly different cast
and makeup, followed by the actual pilot that did sell the series! That's right, three pilots! As a bonus you also
get trailers for MUNSTERS movies, Cheerio commercial with the MUNSTER cast, and even THE MUNSTERS AT MARINE LAND
footage!
TAILSPIN TOMMY: THE COMPLETE SERIES Monogram Studios filmed and released a series of four adventure
movies with teenage throttle jockey Tailspin Tommy who, with his pals, do what they can to foil the evil plots
of henchmen and villains. Based on the comic strip of the same name. Now you can own all four movies on this 2-disc
set! "Mystery Plane" (1939) "Stunt Pilot" (1939) "Sky Patrol" (1939) "Danger
Flight" (1939)
THE WIZARD OF OZ: The Complete Classics Collection This two-disc set features four silent
films based on the charming children's novels by Frank L. Baum. Oliver Hardy (of the Laurel and Hardy fame)
stars in the 1925 screen version of THE WIZARD OF OZ. Then you are treated to three silent movies all filmed and directed
by Frank L. Baum himself including HIS MAJESTY, THE SCARECROW OF OZ (1914), "THE MAGIC CLOAK OF OZ (1914) and THE
PATCHWORK GIRL OF OZ (1915).
SIX HOURS TO LIVE (1932) Warner Baxter and Miriam Hopkins. A murder victim
is brought back to life by a scientific experiment. However, the effects only last for six hours, so he must find his
killer before the effects run out. A strange cross of fantasy, mystery, horror, suspense and science-fiction.
THE STUDIO MURDER MYSTERY (1929) Warner Oland and Fredric March star. Philandering actor Richard Hardell
is murdered at a movie studio. His jealous wife Blanche, his director Rupert Borka, and a girl he mistreated, Helen
MacDonald, all have substantial reasons for having wanted him dead.
PARAMOUNT STARS ON PARADE (1930) An all-star
early talkie featuring tons of people under contract with the studio such as Fredric March, Gary Cooper and Fay Wray
in songs and comedy skits. Among them is a skit with Warner Oland as F. Manchu, William Powell as detective Philo
Vance, and Clive Brooks as Sherlock Holmes. Also, Mitzi Green makes her screen debut.
ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK
(1956) The first true rock and roll feature film, the fictionalized account of the discovery of rock and roll by
small-time promoter Steve Hollis. Bill Haley and the Comets appear in this classic, as well as the Platters. We only
have a couple of these available so they are sold on a first-come, first serve basis.
SPOOKY CARTOONS A two-hour collection of spooky cartoons from the 1920s, 30s and 40s. Ghosts, black cats, flying bats, dancing skeletons,
midnight graveyards and mad scientists make this a must see for anyone who loves the spooky cartoons. Eighteen
cartoons fill the two hours, and among them "The Magic Mummy" (1933), "Spooks" (1931), "There's
Good Boos Tonight" (1948), "Spooky Swabs" (1957), "Scared Crows" (1939), "Wot a Night"
(1931), "Is My Palm Read" (1933), "Nursery Scandal," (1932) and more!
BAMBI MEETS GODZILLA No joke. This two-hour collection of cartoons is odd, weird, almost all of them vintage, and purely for adults only.
For this reason we tell it to you now - ADULTS ONLY. From "Spies" (1943) and "Making Stars" (1935),
our personal favorite "Booby Traps" (1944) and the classic "Bambi Meets Godzilla" (1969),
you'll love and be shocked at what you see, and you can't live life to the fullest till you see "The Huffless,
Puffless Dragon" (1964).
WWII CARTOONS (Volume 1) That's right! Another two hours of classic cartoons
from and about WWII. Here you'll see Army Educational Animation, five classic Private Sanfu cartoons, the
only four cartoons of Mr. Hook ever made, the Bugs Bunny Bond Rally, Puppet-motion animation spoofing Adolf Hitler,
and a bunch of cartoons made in Germany and France during the War designed to entertain troops overseas, including
a couple German propaganda!
WWII CARTOONS (Volume 2)
HISTORY OF THE NEWSREEL A 2-hour collection
of vintage newsreels from the 1930s to the 1950s. Among the MANY subjects covered here, you'll find ... * Herbert
Hoover nominated for President of the U.S. * Vintage Kentucky Derby footage! * Harry Truman wins the Presidential
election! * General MacArthur returns to the Phillippines! * The 18th Amendment (Prohibition) is repealed. *
Al Capone arrives in Atlanta to begin serving his sentence! * Queen Elizabeth is crowned Queen and not only do you see
the entire ceremonies (and the only time historically that she wears the famed crown), but you'll see a five
or six year old boy known to us as Prince Charles!
THE FORD THEATER Four classic TV Episodes complete with
their original Ford Automobile commercials! "The Fugitives" (1954) with Barry Nelson and Raymond Burr "Cardboard Casanova" (1955) with Ricardo Montalban and Dick Foran "Journey by Moonlight" (1956)
with Joy Page and Louis Jourdan "Broken Barrier" (1957) with Macdonald Carey and Marquerite Chapman
CHARLIE McCARTHY, DETECTIVE (1939) Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy star with Constance Moore and Robert Cummings
in this comedy about Edgar's visit to a party where a murder occurs and with little help from his wooden dummy Charlie,
Edgar pieces the clues together to disclose the murderer's identity.
IT'S A JOKE SON (1947) The
fast talking Senator Claghorn from the Fred Allen Show makes his screen debut in this comical movie about a Southerner
forced to sell his land and his beloved mint crop. Through foolish investments and an attempt to win an election,
Senator Claghorn (the inspiration for Foghorn Leghorn, incidentally) joins Una Merkel and June Lockhart in a hilarious
movie filled with down-home humor.
THE HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES (1936 German Version) Though there are no
subtitles, anyone who knows the story can follow this film easy. On his uncle's death, Sir Henry Baskervilles returns
from abroad and opens up the ancestral hall on the desolate moors of Devonshire. Holmes uncovers a plot involving
a terrible trained hound. This was one of two films found in Adolf Hitler's bunker by the Allies in 1945.
THE MAN WHO WAS SHERLOCK HOLMES (1936 German film) Again, no English subtitles but this cute little film follows the
exploits of two men, mistaken as Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, and take on the charade so they can impress women,
only to find themselves caught in a terrible plot. This was one of two films found in Adolf Hitler's bunker by the
Allies in 1945.
THE HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES (1979 Russian version) This film does have English subtitles
and is a must for any Sherlock Holmes fan!
THE GRACIE ALLEN MURDER CASE (1939) One of the best Philo Vance
mysteries ever made! A fitfully amusing screwball mystery with the scatterbrained Gracie as herself, constantly annoying Philo
Vance in his investigation of a murdered convict. Laughs and thrills are included. This is a cute, enjoyable film.
SUSPENSE (1946) Monogram Studios, deliberately attempting to cash in on the success of the CBS radio program
of the same name, released this film-noir-style movie with a clever opening shot, now considered an over-looked and underrated
classic. If you love mystery movies, you might just love this one, finally getting the recognition it deserves. No-good heel
Joe Morgan not only strong arms Leonard into sharing the establishment's profits, but learns the hard way what happens
when you try to move in on another man's wife. There are a few elements of suspense in this picture, including the threat
of a murder on the ice rink!
ALIAS BULLDOG DRUMMOND (1935) Also known as "Bulldog Jack," this is
the one film that differs from the rest of the Bulldog Drummond movies. Not part of the Paramount films that are commonly
turning up on DVD today, this is also one of the best of the series. In fact, it's on our top-ten list of "must see"
movies. Yes, it's that good! Bulldog is injured when his sabotaged car crashes and Jack Pennington agrees to masquerade
as the sleuth. He is enlisted to help Ann Manders find her jeweler grandfather who has been kidnapped by a gang of crooks
who want him to copy a valuable necklace they want to steal. The climax in the runaway train in the London Underground is
magnificent. Thrills, comedy (real comedy) and excitement make this film VERY enjoyable. Recommended.
THE CANARY
MURDER CASE (1929) Originally filmed as a silent, this well-cast early talkie stars William Powell debuting as urbane
sleuth Philo Vance, probing the death of a nightclub singer played by Louise Brooks. This was the first film of the Philo
Vance movie series and regarded as a great mystery. Sadly, the director had to go back and refilm certain scenes after
it was completed so the production lacks confident direction. Still, it's a neat little movie for mystery buffs.
OLD PEPSI COMMERCIALS "Be Social able . . ." Remember that old tune? This DVD is chock full of old
Pepsi jingles, two hours of antique commercials from the golden years of television broadcasting. If you are a collector
of Pepsi memorabilia, then this is a must-have for you. Among the following highlights are: * The 1946 Pepsi and
Pete commercial, a true vintage! * Polly Bergen promotes Pepsi from her "live' television shows from 1955! * A rare 6-minute commercial with Hans Conried from a Pepsi TV special of 1955! * Harpo Marx even sells Pepsi! * Watch rare footage of Pepsi being the number one choice drink of Disneyland in 1963!

it? Well, you got it. Here's the 1920 classic where Babe plays himself in this biographical picture with music score.

WAR OF THE WORLDS: THE UNAIRED TV PILOT George Pal is probably best remembered for producing the War of the
Worlds movie that won an Academy Award for best special effects in 1952. What many people do not know was that in 1968, Pal
put together a short film as a pilot for a proposed TV series based on the same novel his 1952 movie was adapted from. It
never aired on TV. This DVD includes the promo footage explaining the crew of the star ship Pegusus, their special abilities,
and the opening shots of the first day's filming. Also included on this DVD is 30 minutes of raw footage of the technicians
attempting various shots of special effects featured in Pal's science-fiction movies, a movie trailer, and a movie!

was still in diapers! This DVD features four classic half-hour television episodes. THE ALDRICH FAMILY "The Halloween

SCIENCE FICTION NOSTALGIA Peter Lorre stars in "Young Couples Only,"
a knock-out of a sci-fi story with a twist ending you won't see coming. Then there is a 1950s gem entitled "Way Stations
in Space." Followed by DESTINATION SPACE, an hour-long TV pilot filmed and never broadcast about a group of scientists
and their efforts to travel through space exploration. Each episode was supposed to be a cliffhanger but in this case,
there was never any additional episodes filmed. Stars Cecil Kellaway, Harry Townes and John Agar.
SUPERBOY / SUPERPUP
PILOTS This DVD features the rare telefilms that never made it to the airwaves. Shortly after George Reeves' death,
the producers attempted to try a new series. Here are those two pilots including bonus material such as the screen tests,
Reeves as Clark Kent in Kellogg's commercials, and even animated spoofs. What a DVD!
WARNER BROTHERS BLOOPER
REELS Throughout the 1930s and 1940s, the editors at Warner Brothers saved all of the year's most hilarious bloopers
from the movies they made, and spliced them together in a gag reel for presentation during the New Year's dinner. Thankfully,
many of these reels still exist so as a result, we can watch these gag reels in the comfort of our own home. Watch Humphrey
Bogart, Bette Davis, Claude Rains, Ronald Reagan, James Cagney, James Stewart and tons of others cracking up on the set, swearing
when they miss a line, and much more!
1957 USO CHRISTMAS TOUR Early in 1941, the U.S.O began "camp shows,"
with entertainers waiving pay and working conditions to bring live entertainment to the troops at bases within the United
States and abroad. In 1957, the USO produced this 90-minute movie featuring literally dozens and dozens of Hollywood celebrities
performing skits, singing songs, etc. for troops stationed overseas. This film was never shown in the United States.
Jimmy Durante, George Burns, Milton Berle, Shirley McClaine, Gregory Peck, Danny Kaye, Bing Crosby, James Stewart, Jack Benny,
Sid Ceasar, Gale Storm, Dick Powell, Danny Thomas and many other stars in this rare piece of American history. A must-see
for any history buff.
BELA LUGOSI: RARE FILMS (Volume One) A three hour compilation of rare movies and film
shorts featuring Bela Lugosi. THE MIDNIGHT GIRL (1925) features one of Lugosi's best roles in a silent film. A complicated
story of love and murder with Lugosi as a wealthy art patron. In TANZ AUF DEM VULKAN (1920), one of Lugosi's earliest
surviving films, he plays the role of Andrew Fleurot in a story about a French aristocrat who falls for a Russian nightclub
singer. Also features Lugosi as Dracula in HOLLWYOOD ON PARADE NUMBER EIGHT, a nine minute interview Lugosi had with Dorothy

and interview of Lugosi leaving the drug rehab clinic in the mid-1950s.

score) Stars Jean Debucourt and Charles Lamy #2 (1928 version, with music score) Stars Herbert Stern & Melville Webber #3 (1948 British version) Stars Kay Tendeter and Gwen Watford.
WAY OUT! Does anyone remember the television
show that followed the Twilight Zone on Friday nights in 1961 and offered bizarre plays with twist endings and was extremely odd? How about the episode where the old woman arranges to have her husband's brain kept alive in a
jar after his passing? A photographer who discovers that when he alters his photos, he alters the models - until the day he stepped on his own portrait! Such chilling tales were hosted by Roald Dahl, the same man who wrote Charlie
and the Chocolate Factory and other bizarre stories - but sadly the program only lasted 14 episodes before going
off the air. This DVD features the only five episodes known to exist. "William and Mary" (March 31, 1961, premiere
episode) with Henry Jones "I Heard You Calling Me" (May 5, 1961) with Constance Ford "The Croaker"
(May 12, 1961) with John McGiver "Dissolve to Black" (June 2, 1961) with Richard Morse "Death Wish"

ABBOTT AND COSTELLO CARTOONS In the 1960s, a series of animated shorts featured the
exploits of Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. Costello was gone by then, but Bud Abbott, needing the money, voiced
his own character. This 2-disc set features the following animated shorts: "Booty Bounty" (March 23,

DECEMBER 7TH: THE PEARL HARBOR STORY John Ford's "December
7th" was banned by the U.S. Government for nearly fifty years. This special edition is now available: presenting
the fully restored, 82-minute version, with subtitles added to the controversial Japanese language sequences and
a special "behind the scene" introduction. The full-length version stars Walter Huston as Uncle Sam and is
set in Honolulu on the day before the Japanese attack. Also featured on this DVD is a Universal Newsreel featuring
the first films of the bombing, Movietone News Extra with actual battle films, Japan's reaction to the "uncensored"
version, full commentary by four Pearl Harbor survivors, learn the inside story on how the un-cut version of "December
7th" was made and why the U.S. Government kept it classified and away from the public for decades, compare the cut and uncut versions, Frank Capra's infamous "Know Your Enemy: Japan" (1945) produced for the
U.S. Army, plus more! Three hours and 26 minutes total running time! This is only available on DVD; the company did
not release this in VHS format.
GOOD OLD DAYS OF RADIO - More of a dinner celebration than a documentary,
this 85 minute special was hosted by Steve Allen and featured almost a hundred of your favorite radio stars. Jim
Jordan, Harold Peary, Rochester, Dennis Day, Sandra Gould, Mel Blanc, Les Tremayne, Barbara Luddy, Olan Soule,
Ken Niles, Don Wilson, George Fenneman, Marie Wilson, Art Linkletter, Bill Stern, Bob Hope, and many many others! Edgar
Bergen and Charlie McCarthy perform a skit on stage, Jim Jordan plays old home footage and you get to see the
sound man knocking everything off a flight of steps for the closet routine, and a few people even perform a short radio
skit. This is certainly a must for radio fans, caught on film, and we've received nothing but praise for how
entertaining his program is. A must for OTR fans.
THE GIFT OF GAB (1934) Horror stars Boris Karloff and Bela
Lugosi appeared in the same film together only eight times throughout their careers. Of those eight movies, only seven have
been known to exist. The eighth, GIFT OF GAB, has been considered a "lost" film for decades. No one seemed to have
a print, Museums and Libraries didn't have it listed on shelf, and whole magazine articles have described the film
in detail. Still, no one came forth and confessed they had a copy. Until now. Thanks to the generous heart of a 16 mm reel
collector, the film has not only been found, but made available to home video. If you are a Bela Lugosi or Boris Karloff (or
Phil Baker or Gloria Stuart or Andy Devine or Victor Mature) fan, this is a must-have. You won't find it anywhere else
so don't delay!
A CHRISTMAS CAROL - December 23, 1954. The television program "Shower of Stars"
presented an hour-long "live" telecast of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" with Fredric March,
Basil Rathbone and the Robert Wagner Chorus Group . This is as timeless a classic as you can get so if you're tired of
seeing the same old Grinch every year (nothing wrong about the Grinch, we love him too!) and you want to sit down
with the entire family and enjoy the same great story but in a different production, here you go! March is absolutely
wonderful as Scrooge.
THE LON CHANEY COLLECTION This video includes two short features, two movie trailers,
Grauman's Chinese Theater Opening from 1925, a Universal Studios Tour from 1926, and an MGM Studios Tour from the 1920s.
These last three films alone are worth the price of admission, especially if you are a fan of Hollywood. All of these films
have the silent star Lon Chaney. Wow!
WOLF BLOOD (1925) Yes, this is the silent movie known (historically)
as the very first werewolf movie ever made. A man is injured and a doctor, in desperation, gives the patient a blood transfusion
from the only source possible - a wolf. As the weeks pass, the man wakes to learn of a horrifying series of murders committed
by what appears to be a wolf man - and he suspects he's changing into a wolf at night! Produced by Ryan Brothers Productions
in 1925 (and released in theaters just days before Christmas in 1925), this film was one of the thirty+ pictures made and
distributed by the Lee-Bradford Corporation, released in NYC Theaters. Silent movie does have a music score.
THEY
SAVED HITLER'S BRAIN (1963) Considered one of the worst movies ever made, this film was never even finished when
first filmed - but was completed years later thanks for a group of individuals who wanted to use it for their project. Now
movies about brains kept alive in a jar or decapitated head stories are not always the best horror films, but when you involve
Hitler, it's really bad!
THE TOD SLAUGHTER COLLECTION Tod Slaughter had a remarkable talent for playing
over-the-top maniacs in macabre Victorian settings. What Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi are here in the states,
Tod Slaughter was in England. This 2-disc set offers six of what is considered his best horror movies including the
classic "Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street," which was later made into a Broadway musical
of the same name! This 2-disc set offers the following movies: "Murder in the Red Barn" (1935) "Sweeny
Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" (1936) "Never Too Late to Mend" (1937) "The Face at
the Window" (1939) "Crimes at the Dark House" (1939) "The Greed of William Hart" (1948)
TWELVE ANGRY MEN . . . . The Original !!!! The fall 1955-56 season of STUDIO ONE opened with a big bang. An original
drama titled "12 Angry Men" and it stole the Emmy Awards that year. Three years later, Henry Fonda, Jack Klugman,
Jack Warden, Lee J. Cobb and E.G. Marshall co-starred in the big-screen theatrical version that we've all come to watch
and love. The original telecast, however, did not. It was broadcast live and the original kinescope was "lost,"
with the network owning only the second half of the show, not the first half. That means for the past six decades, it's
never been seen since its initial 1955 broadcast. Thankfully, someone found a print while cleaning out the house of a judge
in Conn. and history was unearthed. This DVD includes that very hour-long drama that has been considered "lost"
for the past sixty years!
JUST PALS (1920) Directed by Jack (John) Ford, this is an examination of the true
character in people. "Just Pals" is about a lazy town bum and the homeless boy he takes under his wing as he tries
to change hiis image and prove himself. While this is not a western, Buck Jones played the lead and this theme was later used
(and reused) in some of his later "B" Westerns such as "The Cowboy and the Kid."

IT HAPPENED IN HOLLYWOOD
(1958) This short-run television series was syndicated in 1958, and hosted by actor Vincent Price. Each episode covered
a different aspect of the Golden Age of Hollywood, with rare film clips, outtakes, and worthy footage. From romance to science-fiction,
westerns or war pictures, make-up or movie magic, this series looks back at the days when Hollywood was glamour, and everything
and anything could happen. A must for people who love the old movies.
THE MYSTERY OF THE 13TH GUEST (1943) This
is the second film version of the Armitage Trail novel. The first is easily available called "The Thirteenth Guest"
with Ginger Rogers, but this is the harder-to-find title. Heirs return to a spooky old mansion as prescribed in a will. However,
one of them does not want the others to share in the vast fortune so every time the phone rings, someone dies.
ADVENTURES
IN PARADISE This TV series featured handsome Gardner McKay as Adam Troy, the captain of a free-lance schooner plying

THE ADVENTURES OF NICK CARTER (1972) This TV pilot stars Robert Conrad as
the famed detective who, during the turn of the century, found himself solving crimes and in this case, hired to locate the
missing wife of a wealthy "robber baron" playboy. Celebrity guests in this movie include Broderick Crawford, Neville
Brand, Shelley Winters, Purnell Roberts and more! Sadly, this pilot never made it to a regular series and never aired on TV
until four years after it was completed.
ATOMIC BOMB FILM SHORTS This DVD features five classic film shorts
that remind the audience how to wash the radiation off their arms in case of a Nuclear attack, how the bomb works, and the
proper way of building a bomb shelter. Yeah, some of these are dated but for historical value, they are fascinating (and often
times hilarious). "Living with the Atom" (1957) "Radioactive Fallout and Shelter" (1965) "The Atom Strikes!" (1945) "Fallout: When and How to Protect Yourself" (1959) "The Atom
Goes to Sea" (1954)
VINTAGE BEER COMMERCIALS Beer makers have been searching for the perfect beer commercial
nearly since television exploded onto the American scene in the late 1940s. In those pioneer days, nobody--not the advertisers,
not the ad agencies, not the TV stations--knew exactly what made for a good commercial. Indeed, the earliest beer commercials
consisted of everything from live demonstrations of how to cook a Welsh rarebit using beer to the noisy rumble of a studio
audience muddling through a rendition of the brewer's theme song. Includes such examples as: Blatz (from the Amos n'
Andy TV Show), Budweiser (with Ed McMahon), Ballantine (with Mel Allen) Hamms Drafts, Jax (Nichols and May), Pabst Blue Ribbon
(from TV's "The Life of Riley"), Black Label, Utica Club, Rheingold Beer, Gobel Beer, Stag Beer (from the Mr.
Magoo show), Schlitz Beer (with Ray Milland from TV series "Markham"), Genesee ("Making a Movie"), and
many more!
THE BEST ANIMATED COMMERCIALS 90 minutes of your favorite animated cartoon characters helping
to hock cigarettes, cereal and toys. The Flintstones promote Winston Cigarettes, Rocky and Bullwinkle try to sell Trix and
other General Mills cereals, Ding Dongs with King Ding Dong, Bucky Beaver tries to pitch Ipana Toothpaste, Stag Beer with
Mr. Magoo, and many more!
BIFF BAKER, USA (1952) This classic TV series starred Alan Hale Jr. before he
became famous for playing the Skipper on GILLIGAN'S ISLAND. As Biff Baker, he and his wife run a small business, which
allows them to travel the world in search of treasures to sell - and always find a way into the hands of murderers and thieves.
This 2-disc set contains eight episodes.
BING CROSBY CHRISTMAS SPECIALS This 2-disc set contains two, hour-long
episodes as they were broadcast on December 25, 1965 and December 11, 1961. The first one features Fred Waring and the cast
of Hogan's Heroes, including Bob Crane! The second Christmas special was announced as Bing's first television Christmas
special, and it was filmed in England with guests Terry Thomas, Marion Ryan and Bob Hope!
BUSTER KEATON FILM SHORTS These four film classics are from the sound era, not the talkie era, so you can enjoy such classic 2-reelers with Buster
Keaton! Titles include "One Run Elmer," "Jailbait," "Grand Slam Opera," and "The Chemist."
CALTIKI, THE IMMORTAL MONSTER (1959) Mario Bava's horror/sci-fi classic that imitates The Blob in a
truly frightening fashion. It's also a really cool movie! A living mass of goo is growing larger and larger and consuming
people in comes into contact with. Can it possibly be stopped before it's too big?
CASEY, CRIME PHOTOGRAPHER This double feature DVD offers the only two movies ever made based on the popular and long-running radio program of the
same name. "Women Are Trouble" (1936) features ace reporter Casey and city editor Blaine attempting to out-scoop
their rival newspaper, and get involved with gangsters and snappy one-liners. In "Here's Flash Casey" (1938),
Flash Casey gets out of high school and begins what is his first big job - and almost risks his life in the process.
11 CHARLEY CHASE FILM SHORTS A collection of film shorts starring Charley Chase and as an added bonus, Thelma Todd
is featured in four of these with Charley! If you've never seen Charley Chase but love Laurel and Hardy and Little Rascals,
we recommend you watch these! "It Happened One Day" (1934) "Arabian Tights"
(1933) "Luncheon at Twelve" (1933) "Hasty Marriage" (1931) "The
Sap Takes a Wrap" (1934) "Rough Seas" (1931) "All Teed Up"
(1930) "The Count Takes the Count" (1936) "The Wrong Miss Wright"
(1937) "The Pip from Pittsburgh" (1931) "High C's" (1930)
VINTAGE CIGARETTE COMMERCIALS Cigarette manufacturers were one of the first industries to advertise widely on television.
They had deep pockets and could afford to gamble on a new advertising medium, footing the bill for a host of early classic
television programs. Ironically, in just a few short decades, they were cast away from the medium they helped create. Includes
such examples as: L & M Cigarettes (from TV's "Gunsmoke"), Camel (with the cast from TV's Topper) Cavalier (King Size), L & M (movie star Nick Adams), Marlboro (with actress Julie London) Camel Filters ("Drop
Eveything!"), Winston (from the Bob Cummings Show) Phillip Morris (with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz), Salem ("My
Favorite Spot") Robert Burns Cigarillos, Lark ("There's Nothing Like a Lark") Lucky Strike (with
Lou Whittle), Phillip Morris (from TV's "Racket Squad") The Christmas Camel Cigarettes commercial, Chesterfield
(with Dick Stein) Pall Mall, Marlboro ("Settle Back, Cowboy"), Camel (Pete Rinnells), and many more!
"C" IS FOR COMMUNISM This two-hour DVD contains five classic film shorts documenting the evils of Communism,
hoped to educate the American public about the menace of the Soviet Union and the "Communist threat." Among the
film shorts is a 1945 March of Time newsreel and the 1963 "What is Communism?" hosted by Herbert A. Philbrick.
COBRA WOMAN (1944) Jon Hall and Maria Montez star in this lavish jungle picture. Also features Lon Chaney Jr.
Upon discovering his fiancée Tollea has been kidnaped, Ramu and his friend Kado set out for a Pacific isle where all
strangers are to be killed on arrival and the inhabitants, who are frequently sacrificed to an angry volcano god, worship
the cobra. The island is ruled over by Tollea's evil twin Naja, the Cobra Woman, who, besides having designs on her new
prisoner Ramu, also desires to eliminate any competition from her benevolent sister.
VINTAGE COCA COLA FILM SHORTS Even before silent movies were made, Coca Cola was already being sold in the stores along city streets. So it's no surprise
that when motion pictures came into being, the company used the new medium as a way to promote and advertise their product.
This 2-disc set contains a collection of vintage promotional films: "Always Tomorrow" (1941), "Member of the
Family" (1954), "Pearl of the Orient" (1955), "A Refreshing Look" (1950s), TV pilots sponsored by
Coke that never made it to network television and vintage TV commercials with celebrities!
VINTAGE CONEY ISLAND
FILM SHORTS A collection of seven film shorts showing us the good ol' days of Coney Island in New York. Among these
film shorts are "Over the Waves" from 1938, "Coney Island, USA" (1952), "Arteries of New York City"
(1941) and "Henry Ford's Mirror of America" (1962). Home movie footage of Coney Island, Greenwich Village and
a huge NY snowstorm is also featured!
DARK INTRUDER (1964) This hour-long movie is unusual. Set in San Francisco
in the 1890s, Leslie Nielsen stars as playboy sleuth Brett Kingsford, an expert on the supernatural and, along with his dwarf
assistant Nicola, he helps the police uncover the scheme of a Sumerian demon attempting to return to Earth and take over a
human body. This was originally filmed as a pilot for a proposed television series entitled The Black Cloak. And get this
- Alfred Hitchcock produced it! When the network said they would not accept the pilot, the footage was edited for an episode
of The Alfred Hitchcock Hour. This idea was soon scrapped and a year later, the studio decided to release it as a major motion-picture
feature as part of a double feature.
THE DOGVILLE COMEDIES For anyone who doesn't know what these are,
I'll explain very briefly. From 1929 to 1931, MGM produced a series of film shorts with little dogs playing the lead roles,
dressed in midget costumes, and voiced by "name" actors. The plots were lifted from recent studio motion pictures,
ranging from old-dark house murder mysteries to westerns to broadway musicals. They are laughably funny and highly sought
out by film buffs. This 2-disc set includes all nine comedy film shorts. Over 2 hours of laughter!
DON McNEIL'S
BREAKFAST CLUB Originally starting out as a radio program of the same name, the popular morning program made the transition
to television for a few brief years, but proved that sometimes morning radio programs were best suited on the audio waves.
Considered one of the longest running morning programs of all time, this is one of those rare 1950s telecasts that survive
today thanks to the format of kinescope. Also included on this DVD is an episode of The Four Star Revue from 1950 with guests
Fred Allen and Eddie Cantor.
DO YOU TRUST YOUR WIFE? (1955-1956) This short-run television quiz show starred
Edgar Bergen and his wooden dummies, Charlie McCarthy, Mortimer Snerd and Effie Clinker. Real-life married couples compete
for cash prizes! This DVD includes four classic, black and white episodes.
DRIVE-IN INTERMISSION BREAKS Two
hours of the intermission breaks you remember seeing between double features at the local movie house and at the local drive-in.
Remember when hot dogs cost 40 cents? How about the reminder to replace the speakers on the poles before driving out of the
drive-in? The animated shorts telling you how many minutes you have left? The movie trailers offering previews of soon-to-be-seen
movies? And the vintage films that reminded you how important it was to attend Church or Sunday School? Here is a DVD containing
2 hours of rare film shorts designed to bring back memories.
DRIVER'S ED SCARE FLICKS Yep, the classroom
film shorts they used to play in high school are now mastered on this DVD, containing two hours of "scare" tactics
designed to demonstrate safe driving, and the hazards that result from careless driving. Includes the notorious "Signal
30" from 1959, that pushes the limits of good taste. "Late Date" from 1949, "Live and Let Live" (1947)
and "The Other Fellow" (1937) are classics, and watch as a youngster learns that speeding hot rods isn't always
the latest fashion in "A Cool Hot Rod" (1953). And "Road Runners" is black and white gem that can't
be overlooked!
DROOPY CARTOONS The complete series in this DVD set that contains every cartoon to ever feature
Droopy in chronological order, restored and uncut! This is the ultimate way to watch these cartoons and guess what? Even the
politically incorrect cartoons have remained unedited!
DUFFY'S TAVERN (1945 movie) Based on the popular
radio program of the same name, this rare movie features a roster of Hollywood actors each playing a small role. Bing Crosby,
William Bendix, Robert Benchley, Brian Donlevy, Veronica Lake, Alan Ladd, Betty Hutton, Paulette Goddard, Dorothy Lamour and
many others (literally). Ed Gardner is Archie, the Barkeep, trying to prevent Duffy's from being torn down. This DVD also
features an episode of the television series from 1954.
THE ENCHANTED FOREST (1945) We're going to make
a lot of people happy. This is one of the more obscure films that we get many requests for. PRC Pictures produced this early
color family movie in the spirit of Disney movies. Brenda Joyce and Edmund Lowe play the leads, and Blackie and Jim the Crow
are characters. It's basically a poor-man's version of a Disney movie, but so many people apparently grew up watching
this movie, which is extremely difficult to find anywhere.
FILM NOIR MOVIE TRAILERS Here is a collection of
movie trailers from the golden age of Hollywood. Most of them are of film noir movies, and classic mysteries, and stretches
more than an hour and a half long. One trailer after another! The Maltese Falcon, The Big Clock, The Big Heat, Hangover Square,
Double Indemnity, Grand Central Murder, The Big Knife, Key Largo, Night of the Hunter, Crossfire, Conflict, The Glass Key,
The Big Sleep, This Gun for Hire, Lady in the Lake and more!
THE FORD MOTOR COMPANY FILM SHORTS This DVD
contains almost two hours of vintage Ford fun. "A Wonderful New World of Fords" is a 3-minute promo film from 1960
done with a splash of color. "Styling and the Experimental Car" (1964) is a unique look at the engineering and making
of a Ford car. A silent home movie camera captured the Highland Park Ford Plant in the 1930s, "The Human Bridge"
(1949) shows just how far we've come in the automotive industry and designing safer roads, "Harvest of the Years"
is a 1952 recap of the Ford industry, "Trader Thorne" (1956) reveals one man's attempts to sell a Ford car to
customers, showing them the best parts of the automobile and the accessories they can purchase, and the DVD rounds out with
19 minutes of black and white vintage Ford TV commercials.
FRANKENSTEIN 1970 (1958) This horror movie made
in the late fifties, takes place in the near future when teenagers make themselves at home in a mad scientist's castle
for a live telecast of rock n' roll music, unaware that the scientist is creating a monster in the laboratory. Boris Karloff
plays the mad scientist in this classic black and white gem not available elsewhere on DVD.
FRED ALLEN AND GROUCHO
MARX TV SPECIALS Two hour-long television specials each narrated by a different celebrity. "The Jazz Age"
(telecast December 6, 1956) is narrated by Fred Allen. This documentary starts from the conception of Jazz music to the end
of the era when the 1929 Stock Market plunge killed the last of the Jazz Age. "Merrily We Roll Along" (telecast
October 22, 1961) is narrated by Groucho Marx. In what The Jazz Age did for capturing the decade of Jazz music, with rare
footage, this does the same for the American Automobile Industry.
FROM HELL IT CAME (1957) One of those classic
late-night horror films that is so unique and different that most TV stations are frightened to play it. Why? Because the
monster is so lame. A monstrous tree rises from the grave of a native chief's son, causing terror in a South Seas village.
As walking tree movies go, this is the top of the list. If you're going to watch only one killer tree movie this year,
this is the one you don't want to miss!
THE GABBY HAYES SHOW This 2-disc set contains 8 classic episodes
that appeared on television in 1950s. Hayes begins and ends each episode with humorous tales of the exploits of his zany relatives
as he happily whittles away. Many of these episodes feature Tex Ritter, Buster Crabbe, Eddie Dean, Lash La Rue and Bob Steele.
CLASSIC GAME SHOWS (Volume One) A potpourri of classic game shows from the days when television presented
"live" on the air, from sound stages. Celebrity guests of yesteryear will turn up on some of these, so try your
luck on these puzzlers! This DVD includes six, half-hour episodes. "Twenty-One" This is the same quiz show
that started investigations years before! "Tic Tac Dough" Big rewards are given when tough questions are answered! "To Tell the Truth" Hosted by Bud Collyer, a panel of celebrities and a mystery man! "What's My
Line" Kim Novak is one of the guests in this classic game show. "Queen for a Day" Hosted by Jack Bailey,
this is one you don't want to miss. "I've Got a Secret" Desi Arnaz conspires with the show to joke
his wife Lucille Ball!
CLASSIC GAME SHOWS (Volume Two) Another potpourri of classic game shows and this
time we're offering some of the rarest of the rare. We'll bet you never heard of most of these, but you'll certainly
know why after watching these classic "live" telecasts from the 1950s. "Treasure Hunt" Jan Murray
gives a woman a chance to pick one of 30 treasure chests. "It Could Be You!" Bill Leyden offers a heartwarming
reunion with the winner and long-long relatives. "Juvenile Jury" Jack Barry is the host of this hilarious children's
panel. "Dollar A Second" Jan Murray is host again for the most humiliating stunts.
GIRL O' MY
DREAMS (1934) A conceited college track star is used to being the big man on the campus, until he gets a jolt of reality.
He loses an election to see who is the most popular man in school. Stars Sterling Holloway, Mary Carlisle, Arthur Lake and
Lon Chaney Jr.
HILLBILLIES IN A HAUNTED HOUSE (1968) One of the most absurd and entertaining country and western
monster musicals ever made. Three country teenagers (Joi Lansing among them) on their way to a Nashville Jamboree find themselves
stranded in a haunted house because of a storm. Unaware they are not alone, the basement contains three sinister men (Basil
Rathbone, Lon Chaney Jr. and John Carradine) and an evil Chinese woman who is obviously a Communist Oriental who takes commands
from her superior on a television set. And we cannot forget the man in the horrible monkey suit in the cage! Add Merle Haggard
to the cast and you have one great evening of fun!
HOT ROD FILM SHORTS If you love the 1950s hot rod flicks,
this is the DVD for you! My wife loves cars, watched this DVD, and admitted it was very amusing. Almost two hours of nostalgic,
vintage film shorts. The final one, while not really qualifying as a film short about 1950s hot rods and street rods, is the
one we get more feedback about. "Ingenuity in Action" (1958) "A
Cool Hot Rod" (1953) "Show ‘em the Road" (1954) "On
the Run" (1956) "Road Runners" (1952) "The All-American
Soap Box Derby" (1936)
IT AIN'T HAY (1942) Lou Costello gets involved with the race track and
a run-down race horse, based on a story by Damon Runyon. Now you can watch this classic uncut and edited!
I WAS
A COMMUNIST FOR THE FBI (1951) The FBI is willing to infiltrate the Communist Party so much that they risk the life of
one of their own. The classic novel of the same name is adapted for the big screen with Frank Lovejoy as Matt Cvetic, the
counterspy who worked for the FBI, while gathering information from the Communists he was working for. The true story is now
available on DVD.
JESSE JAMES UNDER THE BLACK FLAG (1921) Produced by Mesco Pictures Production, Jesse James
Jr. plays the role his famous outlaw father did years before. This silent classic features one family relative playing the
original. Historical fun if you love to watch westerns.

THE JOLSON STORY (1946) This movie dramatizes the idealized career of the singer Al Jolson. A little Jewish boy grows up against the will of his
father to be in showbiz, becomes a star, falls in love with a dancer not of his religion and marries her. Through hardships
and obstacles, this movie demonstrates just what it takes to have a career on the stage. Winner of two Academy Awards plus
additional nominations, this movie stars Larry Parks as Al Jolson, Evelyn Keyes as Julie Benson and William Demarest as Steve
Martin.
JUST IMAGINE (1930) This is probably one of the weirdest movies you will ever see! A man is struck
by lightning on a golf course and finds himself transported to New York City 1980, fifty years in the future. Airplanes have
replaced automobiles, numbers have replaced names, pills have been replaced with food, government arranged marriages have
replaced all need for love and test tube babies have replaced . . . well, you know. The lead falls in love with a woman and
to prove his worth to her father, agrees to participate on a four-month expedition to Mars by a renegade scientist. Did we
mention this was a musical? Yep, one of the weirdest and most unique movies to come from the vaults of 1930.
KILL
THE UMPIRE (1950) A former baseball player (William Bendix) spends his days watching baseball games. Believing the worst
man on the field is the umpire, he finds himself in the same position. Against his wishes but to appease his wife, he attends
umpire school, where he tries everything to get thrown out of the ballpark, and the funny scenes are hilarious. Ray Collins
and Una Merkel co-star.
MEET NERO WOLFE (1936) Starring Edward Arnold as the title character in one of the
better-than-average mystery flicks of the 1930s. Rita Hayworth plays a small role, and our favorite character actor, Victor
Jory, plays the role of Claude Roberts. Yes, Nero has his bungling but faithful servant, Archie, in this classic.
MONSTERS CRASH THE PAJAMA PARTY (1965) Now this is an odd ball. This 30 minute film was designed to be played in theaters
and have men in monkey suits jump out of the screen or off the stage and run up and down the aisles to frighten theater goers
- an interactive movie. Women in skimpy bedroom clothing run around the hallways of a spooky old mansion while a mad scientist
in the basement let loose his "hounds." Campy fun with the original theatrical trailer, and tons of extra trailers
and film shorts to classic horror movies. But how bad is this movie? So cheap they could not afford title screen credits and
the narrator credits the screenwriter from getting his ideas from bubblegum wrappers!
MR. MAGOO'S CHRISTMAS

nearsighted Mr. Magoo in a musical retelling of the Charles Dickens classic. Jim Backus plays the role of Magoo. This DVD

your side hurts.

QUEEN FOR A DAY The only seven episodes known to exist are included in this 2-disc set. This television game
show was the housewife's dream - a chance to win a dish washer or refrigerator. All they had to do was give the saddest
story they could on why they needed it. The winner would be crowned "Queen for a Day" and yes, compared to today's
standards, this game show demeaned women. But it is part of television history. So get ready for a game show that would never
be conceived for today's television . . .

Lowe stars as Chatrand the Great, a magician with great hypnotic and magical powers. During his evening performance at an

out! When the lights come back on, the body of a patron is found dead. The police close the theater and begin their investigation.
Before the movie is over, Chatrand will use his magical powers to solve the crime and expose the killer. This is a great movie
and one of our top ten recommendations.
STARS IN THE AIR (November 15, 1952) This hour-long TV special celebrated
the opening of "Television City" in Hollywood. Almost every major TV star was there and performing short comedy

THE VEIL:
The Complete TV Series Produced by Hal Roach Studios, this short-lived spooky TV anthology only lasted ten episodes before
the studio filed out of business. Since they never finished all 39 episodes, the series never aired on the networks. But we
have all 10 ever made on this 2-disc set. Boris Karloff not only hosts each episode, but stars in 9 of them! Made in the vein
of the One Step Beyond TV episodes. Very spooky and lots of fun.
VINTAGE SEX EDUCATION FILM SHORTS The kind
of classroom film shorts your teachers made you watch way back when! Initially intended to "scare" young children
away from the dangers of "heavy petting," they are now often considered hilarious when a young girl hangs her head
in shame and tells her mother that she gave her boyfriend "too much affection." Or the young lad who feels comfortable
asking his gym teacher at school what a wet dream is. This 2-disc set contains a ton of film shorts, a little over four hours
worth!
WINKY DINK AND YOU This nostalgic children's program was broadcast from 1953 to 1957 and offered
an interesting twist to the usual children's program. Kids were allowed to go out and buy a Winky DInk set in the stores
and the parents, after putting a clear film on the TV screen, would allow their children to interact with the TV show. They
could use the magic marker to scribble on the screen and allow Winky Dink to walk across a bridge, etc. This 2-disc set contains
almost three hours of animated cartoons and the only two episodes known to exist of the live action episodes!
WWII
FILM SHORTS (Volume One) News Parade News Reels for 1942, 1943, 1944 and 1945 are among the many film shorts included
on this DVD. A 16 minute film short from 1942 titled "It's Everybody's War" with Henry Fonda is included.
A nine minute film from 1942 titled "Yanks Bomb Tokyo" is fascinating. "A Letter From Bataan" (1942),
"Peace Comes to America" (1945) and two animated cartoons "My Boy Johnny" and "Shipyard Symphony"
are among the highlights. Frank Sinatra stars in "The House I Live In" (1944). Kate Smith sings "God Bless
America." Perhaps the best film short on this disc is the All-Star Bond Rally with an all-star cast including Bob Hope,
Fibber McGee and Molly, and many others!

when they made port. One film shows a nation struggling with epidemic levels while another dramatizes a serviceman who spent
the evening with a strange woman at port and learned a valuable lesson. These film shorts were filmed from 1939 - 1945.
YOU BET YOUR LIFE BLOOPERS The classic 1950s game show was recorded in advance (not broadcast "live"
like most game shows) for good reason. The producers knew that Groucho's sharp wit would include some remarks that couldn't
possibly be broadcast. And they were right. Here's the clips and scenes that never aired on television. Groucho has some
great one-liners (for adults only) but surprisingly, even the contestants slipped and said something that wasn't appropriate.
70 consecutive minutes of outtakes and bloopers you gotta see to believe. Also included are some bonus features on the same
disc.
